Jewels by Justice offers both shipping and local pickup options, depending on the item purchased.

Orders that are ready to ship are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time, typically 7–14 business days, before shipping.

Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Jewels by Justice is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Local pickup may be available for select orders. If local pickup applies to your order, details will be coordinated after checkout.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Jewels by Justice is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.
